I offer telehealth therapy for clients in Georgia.
I see clients Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Rates:
Couples: $200/session (50 minutes)
Individuals: $175/session (50 minutes)
How Do I Get Started?
- Step One: Reach out for a Zoom consultation.
- Step Two: If we decide to work together, we’ll set a time for your intake session.
- Step Three: I will email you a secure link to fill out all intake forms on the client portal. I ask that these forms be returned at least 24 hours before our first session as I closely review all answers before meeting with you.
- Step Four: For couples, our initial intake session is followed by one individual session for each partner. I want to know you as an individual: your attachment style, your family of origin experience, and any past traumas. All of these factors influence how you show up in the relationship. With individuals, we use your intake session to identify pain points and create goals for your work in therapy: how do you want to see yourself change after our time together?
What about Insurance?
I am not in network with insurance, but I can provide a super bill with CPT codes, diagnostic codes, and charges.
If your plan allows it, the insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the charges on the super bill. I recommend all potential clients call their insurance to clarify benefits for couples or individual sessions.
Do You Offer a Sliding Scale?
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. This means I offer reduced cost sessions to clients who demonstrate financial need. I take only a certain number of reduced-fee clients and offer various reduced rates. If you want to begin therapy but cannot afford to pay the regular rate, ask me about sliding scale slots. If my sliding scale spots are full, I can put you on a waiting list, or I can refer you to other therapists in the area.
Why Online Therapy?
The pandemic taught me a surprising fact: online therapy can be as effective for clients as sitting together in a traditional office. Relationships were healed and clients experienced growth—all without a commute. In fact, when I was able to offer in-person services after quarantine ended, clients did not want to go back to driving to an office; they loved the flexibility of calling in from home or work.
For couples therapy, I do insist that you be in the same place, side by side, to do the work of EFT. All clients should choose a quiet area that allows you to focus on the work we’ll do in session.
Not sure if telehealth feels right for you? I offer every prospective client a free, ten-minute Zoom consultation. You can see what it might be like to work together. I can answer your questions, and you can tell me why you decided to reach out for therapy.
